SAN JOSE, Calif., May 23, 2001-Novas Software Inc., the leader in debug systems for complex chip designs, announced today that Motorola's Semiconductor Products Group has chosen the Debussy® Total Debug System from Novas as a standard debugging solution for its electronic designs. Motorola signed a multi-year agreement with Novas.

The Debussy Total Debug system improves engineers' productivity by reducing the time required to understand complex designs and by automating the location and isolation of design bugs.
